Come & Try: Ever wanted to join the circus? Now is your chance! Try your hand at juggling, hula hoops, partner acrobalance, aerials and more. A fun class suitable for absolute beginners and up. This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
Aerial Prep: This is one of the prerequisite courses for General Aerials. Build strength, flexibility and body awareness necessary for you to kick off your aerials classes next term with a bang! This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
Chinese Pole: Stay aerial-fit and warm this winter with this 2 week Chinese Pole short course! Come in all your layers and we'll climb-sit-stack-invert-slide in this traditional form of pole fitness.. Please refer to the course pre-requisites before enrolling. Pre-requisites: 1 Term of Aerials would be preferred. Preferred Clothing: layers including tights, jeans and belt, t-shirt and hoodie/jumper plus flexible rubber soled shoes (vollies etc)
Performance Skills: Whether you're new to exploring performing onstage with your circus skills, or been on stage for a while now... Come explore your inner artist, what it means to you to perform your circus skills? How do you enter and exit from your given performance with style? Get creative and learn performance skills with long time performer and director of Company 2 Chelsea McGuffin. This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
Hula Dance: Learn to manipulate 1, 2 and more hoops around your body while building coordination, stamina and technique. This class also includes flexibility and core conditioning.
